The castle
Reception castle dating from the 12th century in a 4 hectare wooded park with swimming pool. The chateau, completely renovated and converted into guest rooms, is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor: an entrance, a utility room, a laundry room, a living room, a dining room with open fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and toilet. On the 1st floor: 5 bedrooms with their shower room as well as a master apartment composed of a living room with open fitted kitchen, a large dressing room and a bathroom.
Period parquet in the bedrooms, over 4m high ceilings, period fireplaces in each room, double glazing, electricity to standards, new roof, alarm, swimming pool with terrace facing south.

The wine estate
8 hectares in one piece for a production of around 200,000 bottles / year, mainly in the Bordeaux Rouge and Bordeaux Supérieur appellation, 15,000 bottles in the Entre-Deux-Mers appellation. All of the cuvées are medalists (competition and Hachette Wine Guide).
Production tool in compliance with standards and in very good condition: outbuildings, storage sheds, offices, winemaking cellar (cement and stainless steel tanks with thermo-regulation) and aging cellar.
