Street of the Abbey, on the last floor of an old building without elevator, very nice flat with terrace overlooking the church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It consists of an entrance, a cathedral lounge with 4m high ceiling and beautiful antique fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom and a large bathroom with sauna. In mezzanine, a second room with an area of 15 m2 not counted in the Carrez footage.
